Really in the south
This is in our front yard. I'm really into flowers right now. I guess that means its spring.

I also used the opportunity to write a journal of our days as we transitioned ourselves into Georgians and farmers. I haven't posted to this in a long while, but I may begin posting more as we turn back into Hoosiers living in town.

That's gorgeous. Is it normal for spring to start this early where you are?
I think so. Remember, we're just about in Florida. This is the 2nd time this tree has bloomed in the past month. The first time it got frozen, and last night they froze again. Poor things!
This your first spring in this house isn't it? It'll be fun to see what comes up!

There were magnolia trees along Broadway near where I lived in Manhattan. I always loved them. They're difficult to grow up here, otherwise I'd have one. My neighbors have one, but she is much better at taking care of her plants than I am!
